Marmot Builders revitalized the BLNDC Envelope, a historic property, by redesigning and replacing the front deck to create a welcoming and functional entrance, while adhering to the Standards and Guidelines for the Conservation of Historic Places. A large, modern double door was installed to enhance contemporary appeal while preserving the building’s heritage character. Prioritizing energy-efficient materials and techniques, the project significantly improved performance and reduced energy costs without compromising historical integrity.
