Strategically situated at the corner of Highway 97 and Austin Road, this project highlights our ability to manage both complex site preparation and high-specification commercial construction.

Scope of Work

‍Our team executed a comprehensive dual-phase build: Landlord & Site Infrastructure ($700k): We managed the essential "ground-up" foundation, including comprehensive utility servicing and the preparation of the parking lot to support high-volume traffic. Franchisee Building Construction ($1.7M): We completed the full vertical build of the new 1,800-square-foot facility, ensuring it met Wendy’s latest global design standards.

Project Highlights‍

Modern Tech Integration: The build-out included specialized infrastructure for digital menu boards and self-ordering kiosks. Efficient Footprint: We optimized the 1,800-square-foot space to include a high-capacity kitchen, comfortable dining area, and a streamlined drive-thru. Community Impact: Beyond the physical structure, this project helped create nearly 50 new local jobs for the Hart community.
