Caribou Crossing

Located in a newly developed industrial park, this strip mall was constructed for the landlord as a “for lease” commercial space. The project represented Phase 1A of a five-phase development. Marmot Builders played an integral role in pre-construction planning and design, offering valuable insights to enhance construction efficiency and keep the project within budget. The building features a conventional steel frame, an insulated metal panel envelope, and architectural overlays that give it a visually appealing finish. The project was so successful that three of the five units were leased even before construction was completed.
