A state-of-the-art indoor golf simulation and sports lounge, this 2,700 square foot design/build tenant improvement was completed in less than 3 months and within budget.
Marmot Builders worked with our client remotely to bring their dream to life. With the majority of communication through phone calls, emails, and text messages, we were able to fast track this renovation and get our client’s new business up and running. A very welcome addition to the capital of Northern BC.
