Project Details
The Pomeroy Hotel in Grande Prairie underwent a significant exterior upgrade, which included a new metal parapet, LUX metal wood soffit, and insulated faux brick at all entrance areas.
Additionally, the original dome structure was replaced with a conventional steel framework, and a modernized elevator room was constructed atop Tower 1. The elevator shaft was upgraded with a white faux brick façade and new signage.
Despite the complexity of the work, the elevator modernization was expedited, with only four days of downtime required, while the hotel remained fully operational.
