Spruceland Baptist Church

Marmot Builders was initially contracted in 2021 to construct the walk-out foundation for Spruceland Baptist Church, utilizing insulated concrete formwork (ICF) to push the engineering limits of the material.

In 2023, we were called back to complete both on-site and off-site work required for the development permit. This included subgrade and drainage work, as well as the construction of the asphalt parking lot and exterior concrete elements. The church was able to complete the remainder of the project through the generous support of donations and volunteers.
