We collaborated with the franchisee to meet all Wendy’s-specific standards and guidelines. This fast-tracked renovation involved coordinating multiple subcontractors to complete the project on a tight schedule. To min- imize disruptions, we installed temporary fire-rated partitions, allowing the kitchen and drive-thru to remain operational during the initial phases. The restaurant was only closed for two weeks of the three-month renova- tion, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum client satisfaction.This 3,100-square-foot project included a complete remodel of the kitchen and dining areas, the addition of a manager’s office, and minor renovations and repairs throughout the interior and exterior.
